✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

Wrong item received
To qualify, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at sales@dvdwholesaleus.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue.
🔄 Extended Support:
If your item arrives damaged or becomes unusable within 180 days, we’ll still do our best to help—just contact us and we’ll assess the case for a replacement or store credit.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

DVDs that are returned without a valid issue (e.g., no longer wanted, can’t resell)

Subtitle availability or playback region mismatch (unless clearly incorrect from listing)

Packages marked as delivered by carrier but claimed as not received (unless evidence suggests loss)
📦 Lost Packages:
If your package has no tracking movement for 2+ weeks, or isn’t delivered within 4 weeks of shipment, we will treat it as lost and offer a full refund or reshipment.
