Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Damaged DVDs

  • Defective or non-working DVDs

  • Wrong item received

To qualify, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at sales@dvdwholesaleus.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue.

🔄 Extended Support:

If your item arrives damaged or becomes unusable within 180 days, we’ll still do our best to help—just contact us and we’ll assess the case for a replacement or store credit.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • DVDs that are returned without a valid issue (e.g., no longer wanted, can’t resell)

  • Subtitle availability or playback region mismatch (unless clearly incorrect from listing)

  • Packages marked as delivered by carrier but claimed as not received (unless evidence suggests loss)

📦 Lost Packages:

If your package has no tracking movement for 2+ weeks, or isn’t delivered within 4 weeks of shipment, we will treat it as lost and offer a full refund or reshipment.

  • Order number
