📀 What region are your DVDs?

All of our DVDs are Region 1 or Region-Free, and they work on most DVD players worldwide. You might occasionally see a Region 1 logo on the cover, but playback is not restricted.


💬 Do the DVDs have subtitles?

Some DVDs include subtitles, but we do not guarantee subtitles are available or that they can be turned off. Please check the product description or contact us if subtitles are essential to you.


🚚 Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA.


📦 When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll get an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking info within 1–2 business days. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.


🔍 My tracking number isn’t updating—what’s going on?

Sometimes tracking updates are delayed by the carrier. If you don’t see movement for a few days, don’t worry—it’s still on the way.


⏳ It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my order. Should I be concerned?

Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days, but delays can happen. If it’s been more than 2 weeks, please reach out—we’ll help resolve it.


📭 I think my package is lost. What can I do?

If your package hasn’t moved for 2 weeks or hasn’t been delivered within 4 weeks of shipping, we’ll consider it lost. We’ll offer a full refund or resend your order at no extra cost.


❌ The DVD doesn’t work or is damaged. What should I do?

We offer a 30-day warranty on all DVDs. If the disc is defective, damaged, or won’t play, please contact us and we’ll issue a refund or replacement—no hassle.


🕒 I have a problem with my DVDs, but it's been 2–3 months. Can you still help?

Yes! We offer coverage for up to 180 days. Please email us at sales@dvdwholesaleus.com for a replacement or other solutions.


📦 Can I return the DVDs? I can’t resell them now.

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns for this reason. Please review our Terms of Service before placing an order.
